Join the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaiʻi for an empowerment workshop that pairs entrepreneur Tiera Covington’s compelling story of perseverance with practical tools to help you plan your business’s future.

As a young woman in a male-dominated industry, Covington navigated doubt, judgment and being underestimated to build her own path to success. She rose from receptionist to Hawaiʻi branch manager during 16 years at ABM while serving 20 years in the Hawaiʻi Air National Guard. In 2017, she founded Integrated Facility Services Hawaiʻi, growing the company to more than 230 employees across Oʻahu and Maui. IFSH earned the SBA’s 2026 Hawaiʻi Veteran-Owned Business of the Year award.

Following the keynote, participants will create a Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), the EOS® business planning tool that helped guide IFSH from its early days. Clarify your core values, map your long-term vision and identify priorities, then leave with a working draft for your own business.
