About the FCCH Fellows Program

Established in 2020, the FCCH Fellows Program is Hawaiʻi's premier leadership development initiative dedicated to advancing Filipino-American leaders. Our mission is to prepare individuals to ascend to executive roles across business, government, and nonprofit sectors, directly addressing the historical underrepresentation of Filipinos in leadership. What sets us apart is our commitment to cultivating leadership grounded in Filipino values.
